At INTIMINE, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Our team then begins processing your order to ensure it is dispatched as quickly as possible.

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the rare case that an item is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you via phone call or message to inform you of the delay and provide the earliest possible dispatch timeline.

Within Pakistan, we apply a standard delivery charge of PKR 200 for orders up to 1 kg. For shipments exceeding 1 kg, additional charges may apply based on weight and courier rates. Delivery charges are clearly communicated at checkout and are non-refundable.

For domestic deliveries, INTIMINE works with reliable courier partners including Leopard, TCS, M&P, Trax, Call Courier, BlueEx, and Swyft, depending on service availability in your area.

Orders delivered within Lahore (LHR) typically reach customers within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Orders shipped outside Lahore generally take 5 to 7 working days, depending on location and courier operations.
